OPD, Indoor, Casualty and 24 Hrs. Emergency Services supportive allied services
Casualty and emergency services are available in all specialties 24 hrs in the casualty.
- Causality Medical Officer and Residents in all specialties are available round the clock.
- Specialist doctors are available on call on all working days from9.00am. to 4.00pm.on Monday to Friday and from 9.00am. to1.00pm. on Saturday. The services of Specialist Doctors are available on call on Sundays and holidays,
- Emergency operations theatre is functional round the clock*.
In case of any difficulty, contact Casualty Medical officer and if not solved, contact Casualty In-charge /DMS /MS.
In serious cases, treatment/management gets priority over paper work like registration and medico legal requirements. The decision rests with the treating doctor.
The patients who needs super speciality level care are referred to other large Delhi Govt. hospitals for further treatment.

Registration timings of Sample Collection center are 08.00 AM to 12.00 Noon (Mon-Fri) & 08.00 AM to 11.00 AM (Sat).
All samples for laboratory tests are collected at centralized sample collection centre near emergency room on the recommendations of doctors from OPD.
In Emergency, samples for laboratory tests are collected by resident doctors and sent to laboratory round the clock.
DRUG DISTRIBUTION:
Medicines prescribed by the doctors are available as per Delhi Govt. Drug formulary on Pharmacy Counters free of cost.
Separate windows are available for Female, Male, Senior Citizens, Physically Handicapped patients and Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme cardholders.

It is a 200 bedded hospital and bed distribution is as under:

EMERGENCY SERVICES:
Emergency/Causality services Labour Room services manned by respective doctors and staff are available 24Hrs. specialist doctors are available on call, whenever required.
OPERATION FACILITIES
There are eight Operation Theatres in the hospital. Two are in the casualty block, four in General OT Block and one in Maternity Block along with a separate Labour Room. OneOperation Theatre is available in OPD block for minor procedures.
FACILITIES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
There are separate counters for registration and medicine distribution and facility for out of queue medical examination by the doctor in OPD Daily. A special provision is made exclusively to examine the senior citizens on Sundays also.
OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE
- Safe / Cold Drinking Water.
- Wheel chairs and trolley are available in OPD and Causality.
- Ambulances are available for referred cases.
- Parking facilities for general public is not available inside the hospital premises due to shortage of space. However vehicles carrying emergency and immobile patients are being allowed inside the hospital premises.
- Standby Electric Generators.
- Adequate public conveniences.
- Provisions for lifts.
